It was already confirmed earlier this week that Meghan Markle will join the Queen and other royal family members for Christmas at Sandringham, Kensington Palace.
Today we can confirm that Harry and Meghan will say “I do” in May 2018.
The wedding will be held in St George’s Chapel, which is nestled within the grounds of Windsor Castle.
St George’s Chapel can accommodate a total of 800 guests.
Harry and Meghan have publicly said they are looking at possible ways to make their wedding an event that members of the public can feel a part of.
The royal family will pay for the wedding, including the church service, the flowers and the reception, Kensington Palace has previously said.
“His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle will marry on 19th May 2018,” Kensington Palace said.
“Today’s announcement follows earlier confirmation of the month of the wedding and its location at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.”
